2. SMS Messaging Terms (Terms & Conditions)

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Color Splash Nails.

  • Program Description: Messages include appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and direct responses to your service inquiries.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and inquiries.
  • Pricing: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a final SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

  • Carrier Disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. SMS Privacy Policy (A2P Compliance)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
