Please do not email us appointment requests as they will not be honored.
Our salon can't guarantee your appointment if you book privately with your artist. For more on this matter, please read the following article
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Without notice, a grace period of 10 minutes will apply, after which your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled to allow us to serve our next clients.
We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 2 hours in advance. Two consecutive no call/no show appointments will result in an additional booking fee, and continued occurrences may lead to removal from our client list.
We love pets! But unfortunately, we can’t have them here in the salon per State's regulations. Please leave your furry ones at home so we can ensure a safe and sanitary environment for everyone here.
If you have a service animal, please have the paperwork ready and your service animal must be on leash at all time inside our salon.
Our salon maintains a strictly smoke-free environment.
Clients who arrive with a strong cannabis (marijuana) or cigarette odor may be respectfully asked to reschedule their appointment or leave, in consideration of our staff and other guests.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Any client displaying disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior, violating our code of conduct, removing property, or otherwise creating an unsafe environment will be denied service and asked to leave the premises immediately.
Our salon provides a 7-day guarantee on gel polish and nail extension services.
Due to the nature of our industry, we are unable to issue refunds once a service has been completed. We kindly ask that you ensure you are satisfied with your results before leaving the salon. Our front desk team is always available to assist with any questions or concerns.

All nail services with extensions or gel polish include a 7-day warranty from the date of service.
If an issue arises within this period due to our work, you are welcome to return for a one-time complimentary repair.
Please note, we do not provide repairs for work done at other salons.

For clients with limited time or who prefer a quicker visit, we offer same-time service. Two technicians will work on your services simultaneously for an additional fee. Please refer to our menu for same-time service pricing.
Gift-cards can only be bought in-person at our salon due to security reasons. Please visit our salon during business hours and our front desk receptionist team will happy to assist with the purchase.
Our Gift-cards are valid for 12 months since the date of purchase.
No. Gift-cards can only be used to redeem for services. No cash exchange allowed.
Please also note that due to limitation in our system, you can't tip your technician using gift-cards.
We truly value your time and understanding, but the short answer is no.
While we maintain the highest standards of sanitation, any open cuts on your hands or feet may increase the risk of bacteria entering and potentially causing serious infection.
If you are experiencing inflammation, we recommend consulting your physician before visiting. As long as there are no signs of infection, we may be able to provide service at our discretion.
As an established salon, we must follow our State's regulations as well as our high sanitation standards.
We offer disposable tools for each client:
- Nail service: nail file, nail buffer, wooden cuticle stick, spa liner
- Waxing: wooden wax applicator, eyebrow brush, paper bed cover. No double dipping.
- Eyelash extensions: glue applicator, eyelash brush, paper bed cover, eye pads
All metal tools are cleaned with soap, disinfected with anti-microbial Barbicide and UV sterilized after each session.
Our facility & spa chairs are cleaned professionally everyday by a third-party service provider.
The subject of gel manicure causing cancer is highly controversial.
All nail lamps in our salon use LED technology rather than pure UV lights, which can potentially harm the skin. LED nail lamps emit significantly lower radiation and are generally considered safe for regular use without long-term effects. Please read the following article, research, for more in-depth information.
If you have sensitive skin, we recommend applying sunscreen to your hands 20 minutes prior your appointment time or wearing manicure gloves while having your service done.
For any concerns regarding your skin condition, please consult your dermatologist before your appointment to ensure your health and safety.
It has come to public attention that the European Union has prohibited the sale and use of gel products containing TPO. While we acknowledge and respect this regulatory decision for public health and safety, it is important to note that the U.S. beauty industry is stringently regulated by both the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the State Board of Cosmetology.
At present, the FDA has not issued any directives regarding TPO, as there is insufficient evidence to indicate that its use by licensed professionals constitutes a risk. At our establishment, all technicians are fully licensed and professionally trained. Furthermore, the majority of our gel products—including Trendy, Orly, Gelish, Cre8tion, Not Polish, and OPI—are formulated without TPO.
