Appointment can be cancelled at least 2 hours prior to appointment's time. If you need to reschedule your appointment please call our salon.
No-shows are unacceptable. 2 consecutive no-shows in a row will result booking fee to book your next appointment.
We do not refund for service once you have paid and left the salon. We however offer 5-day warranty for most of our services. If you are not happy with our services, please don't hesitage to drop us an email or call us. We will try our best to make sure you are happy!
